Transitional Housing

Transitional housing is an 18-month program that helps survivors move toward self-sufficiency by providing support services to identify and remove barriers and develop goals for financial and emotional stability. Families are successfully completing the program and moving on to an independent life free from violence. Some of the recent accomplishments of transitional housing residents include receiving a Bachelor's Degree, securing stable employment, moving into safe and affordable housing, purchasing a first home, marriage and starting a new family, attending support groups, and participation in employment and financial classes.
